Retail Inventory Lead

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using software such as Dutchie, Lucid ID, and Metrc
• Oversee the processing, storage, and labeling of incoming inventory
• Assist with daily inventory counts, reconciliations, and weekly audits
• Supervise Inventory Associates and delegate tasks to ensure restocking is completed
• Train staff on proper inventory handling and compliance
• Investigate inventory variances and hold employees accountable for mistakes
• Maintain organized and clean back-stock areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Attend weekly meetings with Supply Chain and management to ensure operational alignment

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 2+ years of previous inventory experience
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, or walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and open availability (days, evenings, and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred
