Retail Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and verifying incoming products
• Tag and label inventory and update system records
• Perform daily counts and update inventory tracking systems
• Ensure product storage is organized and compliant with regulations
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas
• Participate in weekly inventory audits and monthly overnight audits
• Report product issues or discrepancies to the Inventory Supervisor
• Support inventory control measures to prevent loss
• Assist in stock rotation using the FIFO method

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Previous inventory experience, ideally in retail
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Capability to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods
