FASTSHIP is a leading cross-border logistics platform in Thailand, aggregating over 15 door-to-door delivery providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL, and ThailandPost. We use innovation and technology to provide diverse logistics and supply chain solutions for the growing e-commerce market.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new customer onboarding and account opening processes
• Handle real-world customer issues and inquiries
• Gain hands-on experience in international logistics operations
• Develop problem-solving and management skills through daily tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Eager to learn and enjoys communicating with people
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai
• English communication skills are a plus
• Ability to work onsite at The Street Ratchada branch
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
