Retail Interim 2nd Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in building and developing a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience by utilizing product knowledge and company selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
• Analyze business metrics to create and execute action plans that meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
