About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales
- Support the Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates
- Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators through territory management plans
- Proactively drive high in-store standards and deliver key messages
- Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory to drive retailer advocacy
- Ensure retailers comply with player protection through the Retail Training Centre
- Drive personal development through structured learning programmes
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong sales and commercial acumen
- Experience in face-to-face consultative selling
- Ability to use various IT packages
- Ability to analyse data and provide customer insight
- Ability to deliver effective training to people at all levels
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
