About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales
  • Support the Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates
  • Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators through territory management plans
  • Proactively drive high in-store standards and deliver key messages
  • Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory to drive retailer advocacy
  • Ensure retailers comply with player protection through the Retail Training Centre
  • Drive personal development through structured learning programmes

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen
  • Experience in face-to-face consultative selling
  • Ability to use various IT packages
  • Ability to analyse data and provide customer insight
  • Ability to deliver effective training to people at all levels
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
