About the Company

Allwyn UK is part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group, a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence across Europe. We are embarking on a large-scale transformation journey to create a National Lottery that delivers more money to good causes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of your territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales and returns to Good Causes
• Support the Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates to our retail network
• Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators through ownership of territory management plans
• Proactively drive high in-store standards and deliver key messages
• Build and maintain great relationships in your assigned territory to drive in-store execution and retailer advocacy
• Ensure retailers comply with necessary player protection through the Retail Training Centre (RTC)
• Drive personal development through individual development plans

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong sales and commercial acumen
• Experience in face-to-face consultative selling
• Ability to use IT packages and analyze data to provide insight
• Ability to deliver effective training to people at all levels
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the territory
