Retail General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example, forging connections with customers and communicating brand values.
• Ensure an unforgettable customer experience by managing the sales floor and providing expert product knowledge.
• Drive business results by motivating the team to achieve sales goals in a commission-based environment.
• Manage store operations including shipment processing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on sales strategy, community engagement, and team management.
• Oversee daily store maintenance, restocking, and adherence to safety and opening/closing protocols.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Demonstrated leadership in punctuality and attendance.
