About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
- Drive sales and perform P&L analysis to ensure financial success
- Manage inventory and maintain effective vendor relationships
- Ensure customer expectations are met and maintain a customer-focused culture
- Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees
Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry
- Proven experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on integrity and accountability
