Retail General Manager - Trainee

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
• Drive sales and perform P&L analysis to ensure financial success
• Manage inventory and maintain effective vendor relationships
• Ensure customer expectations are met and maintain a customer-focused culture
• Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees

Requirements

• 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry
• Proven experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on integrity and accountability
