Retail General Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and safe distribution process in compliance with state and local guidelines
• Ensure all stored cannabis is accounted for and maintain adequate inventory for daily operations
• Motivate team members and solve problems effectively to accomplish goals
• Handle cash and debit transactions precisely while maintaining balanced cash drawers
• Review store sales goals and KPIs to improve financial performance
• Unpack, sort, count, and label merchandise
• Train and develop budtenders, shift leads, and assistant general managers
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 3+ years of retail management experience within the cannabis industry
• Verifiable product knowledge of flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals
• Proficiency with Dutchie and Metrc
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods
