Retail General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall success of the retail location, including sales performance, profitability, and fan engagement.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and performance management.
• Drive operational excellence by executing strategic plans that support business growth and company objectives.
• Analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and P&L results to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Team Partners and Fanatics business partners to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Implement innovative thinking and digital tools, including AI-enabled insights, to improve efficiency and the fan experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including promotional execution, special events, and inventory productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing both exempt and non-exempt teams.
• Strong retail business acumen with experience in financial management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the assigned venue and lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
