Retail General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed operational and financial goals
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership roles
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in all facets of operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-functional retail management experience with direct supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
• Must commit to coming to work sober

• Pay range between $65,000-$75,000
