Retail Fund Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and launch of retail vehicles such as ELTIFs, FCPRs, and SLPs, including documentation and AMF filing
• Manage fund lifecycle events including structural amendments, redemption policy updates, and wind-downs
• Oversee active portfolio management, NAV validation, and compliance with investment restrictions
• Participate in Investment Committee sessions to assess deal eligibility for retail funds
• Act as the primary point of contact for AMF interactions and regulatory submissions
• Monitor regulatory developments including AIFMD II, ELTIF 2.0, and SFDR
• Support Investor Relations teams with roadshows and distribution partner onboarding

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience as an investment manager in retail funds within an AMF-authorised asset management firm
• Proven track record managing or structuring unlisted retail vehicles (ELTIFs, FCPRs, SLPs)
• Hands-on experience with AMF ROSA submissions and fund authorisation processes
• Solid command of regulatory frameworks: ELTIF 2.0, AIFMD/II, MiFID II, PRIIPs, and SFDR
• Excellent written and spoken French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Law, or Economics
• AMF Certification Professionnelle, CFA, or CAIA
• Familiarity with cross-border ELTIF passporting
• Experience in healthcare, private equity, or alternative assets
