Retail & Franchise Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of retail and franchise operations, ensuring brand alignment and high operational standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners to support communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution, performance, compliance, and in-store displays.
• Translate central marketing campaigns and strategies into actionable plans for retail locations.
• Oversee store financials, including invoicing, payments, and coordination with accounting and warehouse teams.
• Manage the full store lifecycle, including new openings, ongoing operations, and closures.
• Coordinate supply chain activities such as deliveries, returns, and POS material distribution.
• Monitor store performance, stock availability, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field-based roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and drive sales growth.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, specifically in supply chain and finance.
• Willingness to travel regularly for store visits and field engagement.
