Retail Finance Back-Office Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting tasks including payment reconciliation, clearing, and operational support for e-commerce activities such as refunds and payment methods
• Perform and monitor operational controls over sales and financial transactions for assigned Maisons or business areas
• Act as the primary contact point for boutiques regarding operational processes and controls
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency for boutique back-of-house functions
• Monitor inventories through cycle counts and the control of stock movements
• Lead or participate in regional projects and the testing of financial flows

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Professional experience (including internships) in a finance role such as controlling, accounting, or internal control, or within the retail industry
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of ownership
