Retail Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate preventive maintenance contracts with local construction companies and providers across all international markets.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance interventions, including repairs, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and lighting.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Area Managers to resolve store incidents and manage the ticketing system.
• Oversee the status of all activity, construction, and facade licenses (signage, awnings, etc.) in coordination with local technical architects.
• Monitor and audit store visual standards, including storefronts, lighting, branding elements, and sound systems.
• Support the implementation of special seasonal projects and branding updates in collaboration with the creative and architecture teams.
• Conduct periodic store visits to verify physical conditions and propose action plans for wear and tear.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Building Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, property maintenance, or retail project coordination.
• Proven experience managing maintenance providers in international markets.
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and lighting installations.
• Ability to read technical plans, specifications, and construction reports.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability for frequent travel to visit the international store network.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in project management, facility management, or retail operations.
• Experience handling activity and construction licenses across multiple countries.
• Aesthetic sensitivity and an understanding of premium brand visual standards.
