Retail Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage store incidents through GMAO, centralizing requests and tracking resolution times and costs
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure service level compliance
• Manage internal teams and external providers to guarantee high-quality execution of works
• Oversee the maintenance budget, optimizing costs and controlling deviations
• Participate in tender processes and manage maintenance contracts
• Supervise compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations
• Manage claims, replacement, and inventory of furniture for closed or renovated stores
• Verify and validate invoices from external providers

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or within the relevant sector
• Proficiency in English
