About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage store incidents through GMAO, centralizing requests and tracking resolution times and costs
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure service level compliance
- Manage internal teams and external providers to guarantee high-quality execution of works
- Oversee the maintenance budget, optimizing costs and controlling deviations
- Participate in tender processes and manage maintenance contracts
- Supervise compliance with safety and occupational risk prevention (PRL) regulations
- Manage claims, replacement, and inventory of furniture for closed or renovated stores
- Verify and validate invoices from external providers
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or within the relevant sector
- Proficiency in English
