Retail Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP ARM SKUs
• Support local teams in managing the deployment of 3rd party in-store promoter teams
• Partner with Marketing to develop in-store merchandising strategies and retail display guidelines
• Support local teams with retail associate engagement, training platforms, and sales enablement tools
• Coordinate with global and market-level Category, Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience managing retail activations, displays, training, or field force management
• Experience in the IT or Consumer Electronics industry
• Expertise in operating sellout management programs and performance metrics
• Knowledge of retail display design and point of purchase (POP) materials
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both global and local teams
• Knowledge of retail environments and consumer electronics markets outside the US
