Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to track store performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Support identifying process improvements in inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
• Assist in streamlining communication throughout the retail network
• Compile and build presentations for team development across all levels
• Conduct competitive research and benchmarking within the luxury retail industry
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, project statuses, and KPIs
• Support CRM programming creation, rollout, and analysis

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Prior internship or work experience in retail or a customer-centric industry
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the luxury retail sector
