Retail Event Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute front-line event setup and breakdown of retail environments
• Manage logistics for retail infrastructure to ensure operational excellence
• Handle sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale (POS) system
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise trucks
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards through regular stocking and organization
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the fan experience
• Assist with inventory management and supply organization as directed

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience working in venue, retail, or merchandise environments
• Basic math skills, including the ability to accurately count change and balance a bank
• Ability to lift and unload merchandise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven reliability and punctuality throughout the duration of the event
