About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers in retail store environments in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on available energy efficiency and savings programs
- Clearly explain program benefits, eligibility requirements, and the enrollment process
- Assist customers with program sign-ups using tablets or mobile devices
- Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing the program in-store
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment and performance goals
- Track customer interactions and accurately report results to management
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with the public in a retail environment
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles
- Experience in lead generation or promotional marketing
- Bilingual communication skills
