About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and data collection at points of sale, including stock levels, pricing, and sell-out data.
- Negotiate and implement the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials and brand shelving with pharmacy managers.
- Execute merchandising actions to boost the sell-out of group brands such as Avène, Klorane, A-Derma, René Furterer, and Ducray.
- Provide key accounts with commercial synthesis reports and negotiate shelf productivity studies (RMD).
- Maintain real-time reporting on activity, including stock, material installation, and competitive intelligence using digital tools.
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in commercial training or a related field.
- First professional experience in sales (e.g., FMCG/GMS).
- Mastery of negotiation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and manual skills for merchandising tasks.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight in hotels as required by the sector.
