About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and data collection at points of sale, including stock levels, pricing, and sell-out data.
- Negotiate and implement point-of-sale layouts and merchandising space with pharmacy managers.
- Set up promotional materials (POS) and brand shelving in accordance with group implantation strategies.
- Execute specific merchandising actions to boost the sell-out of group brands such as Avène, Klorane, and Ducray.
- Provide key accounts with commercial synthesis reports and conduct studies on linear meter productivity.
- Maintain real-time reporting on activity, including stock, material installation, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in a commercial field.
- First professional experience in sales (e.g., GMS/Retail).
- Mastery of negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in office tools and digital reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and manual dexterity for merchandising tasks.
- Ability to travel within the South sector of France, including overnight stays.
