Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service

- Take bets on various sports and events
- Process customer transactions and cash handling
- Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Work towards defined targets
- Maintain high shop standards
- Open or close the shop
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
