Retail Customer Service Account Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, potentially exceeding 100 daily, to provide support for financial products
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through empathetic and respectful communication
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to interpret customer needs and deliver solutions
• Follow all regulatory and departmental procedures diligently to ensure compliance
• Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals in a fast-paced call center environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service within a phone or face-to-face setting
• Strong communication, information gathering, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different systems
• Ability to maintain composure and use sound judgment during complex customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Developing ability to use data to understand business issues and opportunities
• Developing skills in using AI technology for automation and prompt writing
• Experience supporting multiple Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations functions
