Retail Crew

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing processes
• Assist in various departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and stock room management
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Possess at least O Level qualification or above
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) and ability to operate POS systems
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
