Responsibilities

• Drive change management and adoption by providing an exceptional onboarding experience for customers
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap
• Travel to enabled stores to strengthen customer engagement and adoption
• Serve as a strategic advisor to help customers define and implement best practices
• Monitor and analyze performance to provide data-driven recommendations and quantify ROI
• Facilitate internal collaboration across teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mid or senior-level experience in the retail sector (ideally grocery) with digital transformation or process improvement experience
• OR 5+ years in a technology client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management)
• Ability to commute to stores in the NY/NJ area (75–100% field-based)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and high intellectual curiosity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
