Requirements

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and foster an inclusive environment
• Open mindset and curiosity to understand diverse perspectives
• Knowledge of skincare, hair care, body care, fragrance, or home categories is advantageous
