Retail Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute the entire point-of-sale communication strategy, including global, seasonal, and sale campaigns.
• Design and manage international retail and commercial events such as trunk shows, pop-ups, product launches, and collaborations.
• Manage and optimize budgets for campaigns and retail actions to maximize profitability and impact.
• Direct communication and media coverage for brand collaborations in both owned and external stores.
• Define, analyze, and report on relevant KPIs to measure the impact of communication and in-store events.
• Coordinate and train store teams on communication protocols to ensure consistent execution of campaigns.
• Manage communication crises and incidents at the retail level, coordinating internal and external responses.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail communication, preferably within companies with a significant international store network.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary international retail events end-to-end.
• Experience in the execution and analysis of omnichannel campaigns (physical store, digital, and traditional media).
• Strong budget management and profitability analysis skills.
• Advanced professional English (written and oral); knowledge of other languages like French or Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and retail CRM platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently both nationally and internationally.
