Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to team members to support their development
• Manage inventory and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Assist with roster management to ensure optimal store coverage
• Create a positive, safe, and fun customer-focused environment in-store

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail with a leadership or supervisory background
• Strong passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to drive sales and coach a team toward success
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
