Retail & Client Director Europe

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy and business plan for 11 boutiques across Belgium, France, the UK, and Italy.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring strict alignment with the Maison’s image and positioning.
• Lead boutique network performance by balancing qualitative brand excellence with quantitative KPI targets.
• Optimize stock management, including sell-in, sell-out, replenishment, and assortments.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and grow a high-value client base (VICs).
• Lead, coach, and develop boutique directors and managers through a strong feedback and talent development culture.
• Deploy training programs to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and client engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams in Clienteling, Merchandising, and Retail Marketing, as well as Richemont Group functions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of retail experience, including significant leadership roles.
• Proven experience in the luxury industry.
• Experience in multi-market management and international environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business performance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset tailored to high-end expectations.
