Retail Clerk

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations including stock counts, receiving, and merchandising products
• Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries with professional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Use MS Office applications to assist with administrative and store-related tasks
• Manage multiple priorities and contribute to general housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Proven customer service skills and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly bend or twist
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 kg
• Availability to work part-time (approximately 16-24 hours per week) on Mondays and Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of equine care or the agricultural industry
• Previous experience in a retail or agricultural setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
