About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Retail Store
  • Stock merchandise and maintain meticulous cleanliness of displays
  • Perform accurate money transactions
  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance
  • Showcase complete product knowledge and suggest additional items to guests
  • Maintain Point of Sale and Inventory Control systems
  • Deliver personalized and gracious service

Requirements

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
