About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Retail Store
- Stock merchandise and maintain meticulous cleanliness of displays
- Perform accurate money transactions
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance
- Showcase complete product knowledge and suggest additional items to guests
- Maintain Point of Sale and Inventory Control systems
- Deliver personalized and gracious service
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
