About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleaning standards across the shop
- Keep customer and staff toilets clean, stocked, and usable
- Vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty bins
- Support shop standards to ensure a great customer experience
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to take pride in clean, safe spaces
- Experience dealing with challenging situations
- Comfortable working in a busy customer environment
- Cleaning experience in retail, offices, or hospitality preferred but not essential
