Retail Casual Team Member

Responsibilities

• Lead the store during periods when management is not present
• Support and guide team members to follow operational and safety processes
• Assist customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain high standards of store presentation
• Support day-to-day store operations and priorities

Requirements

• Previous retail experience is preferred
• A reliable, confident, and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
• Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
