Retail Casual Team Member

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support smooth store operations, acting as a point of contact when management is not present
• Guide and support team members in following operational and safety processes
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
• Operate registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves and managing stock
• Support day-to-day store priorities and tasks

Requirements

• Previous retail experience and exposure to team leadership
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
