Retail Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support retail operations by actively participating in business planning, forecasting, and reporting processes (annual plans, forecasts, and monthly closings).
• Develop and automate financial models and controlling systems.
• Support performance management by designing, monitoring, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct detailed analyses to formulate business conclusions and actionable recommendations for management.
• Act as a direct business partner to retail leaders, translating business needs into financial language to support decision-making.
• Participate in quantifying strategies and developing business plans.
• Monitor and provide financial evaluation for efficiency-increasing projects.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting and support audit processes.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or a business partner role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify complex business connections.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and provide decision-support suggestions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP.
