About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute cross-selling strategies with New Vehicle, Used Vehicle, and Workshop Reception departments
- Ensure accessory managers in dealerships have the necessary tools and support to meet objectives
- Supervise visual merchandising and boutique product displays (clothing, watches, accessories) under luxury standards
- Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements to maximize profitability at each point of sale
Requirements
- Experience in retail management (premium fashion, cosmetics, luxury) or as a Point of Sale Manager
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify sales opportunities
- Availability for frequent national travel throughout Spain
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with Sales and Workshop Managers
- Passion for the premium automotive sector
