Retail Business Analysis Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue forecasts and KPI breakdowns by store and channel to support business planning.
• Monitor business trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities for the brand.
• Support the development of weekly, monthly, and yearly business plans and bottom-up financial forecasting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven business decisions.
• Conduct sales performance and cost analysis, including labor costs and headcount productivity.
• Act as a super user for store-related systems, such as Power BI, and provide necessary training.
• Collaborate with HR and District Managers to calculate monthly incentives and summarize attendance.
• Assist with operational preparations for new store openings, relocations, and renewals.

Requirements

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge of store operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
