Retail Brand/Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies and annual planning to achieve retail channel sales targets
• Plan and execute online and offline brand marketing activities across national markets
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to implement regional market plans and coordinate internal and external resources
• Design and oversee new product launch activities, ensuring market goals are met across all channels
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor information, and industry trends to provide constructive solutions
• Establish effective communication systems with management and cross-functional departments
• Provide recommendations for sales policies and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Support company innovation initiatives and explore new methods for brand growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; Master's degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management
• Background in retail pharmaceutical, OTC, or healthcare industries
• Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal)
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• High level of commercial sensitivity and analytical ability regarding market changes
• Ability to travel frequently as required by the role
