Retail Banking Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders, guiding large-scale banking transformations.
• Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that align business goals with technology outcomes.
• Set the vision and strategy for multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in banking technology and converting them into client value.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, consumer/mortgage lending, or core banking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (typically Monday – Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI use case deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows.
• Experience with channel modernization, including branch, contact center, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and data governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools such as PowerPoint and data visualization platforms.
