Retail Banking Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform regular teller duties including accepting deposits and cashing checks
• Complete BSA reporting such as CTRs and SIRs
• Manage operational duties including vault operations, ATM settlement, and cash shipping
• Open and close individual and commercial deposit accounts
• Maintain customer accounts including CDs, HSAs, and IRAs
• Achieve sales goals by providing information on bank products and services
• Assist with consumer loan applications and processing
• Provide customer support via telephone and in-person inquiries

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience
• Experience with cash handling and customer contact preferred
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
