Retail Bank Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share acquisition by leading and coaching branch and area staff.
• Oversee branch operational performance, analyzing data to develop and execute action plans.
• Foster a robust risk and control culture, ensuring compliance with enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Directly lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and their teams to build a high-engaged workforce.
• Ensure a client-first approach to meet needs for trust, relevance, and convenience.
• Manage branch performance including expense discipline, hiring, and staffing optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in retail banking and sales management.
• Demonstrated success in sales, service, operations, and employee retention.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent is required.

• Master's degree.
