Retail Athlete

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service to every Nike fan
• Build and maintain an expert level of product knowledge
• Replenish and maintain stock levels
• Maintain visual merchandising standards within the store
• Assist the store in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Previous relevant retail and/or customer service experience
• A passion for the Nike brand and sports
• A natural sense of urgency and an energetic demeanor
• Availability every Tuesday and Wednesday
• Availability for alternate weekends
• Full availability on either Monday or Friday
