We purchase homes directly for cash, renovate them with expert care, and resell them—bringing new life to properties while simplifying the selling process for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and operation of the Estate Sale
• Stock supplies and assist with prepping and pricing sale items
• Work with team members to stage and merchandise items
• Photograph items and generate itemized lists
• Create and hang signage throughout the home
• Break down and clean up the sale after completion
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail, including ringing up customers and merchandising
• Experience in customer service
• High level of integrity and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders or stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
