Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with compassion and professionalism
• Verify customer eligibility and accurately enter information into database systems
• Process cash and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced drawer
• Operate cash register and computer-based POS system
• Provide product education and guide customers through selections
• Clean, stock, and organize the retail store
• Conduct nightly inventory counts and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Support team goals and complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid state-issued ID or U.S. passport
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and open availability (evenings and weekends)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of marijuana products
