Responsibilities

• Greet customers with compassion and professionalism
• Accurately enter customer information to verify purchase eligibility
• Provide exceptional customer service and product education
• Handle cash and debit transactions precisely while maintaining a balanced drawer
• Operate cash register and computer-based POS systems
• Clean, stock, and organize the retail store
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all products
• Work cohesively with the team to meet sales and compliance goals

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Capability to stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must have reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Marijuana product knowledge
