Responsibilities

• Greet customers with compassion and professionalism
• Accurately enter customer information to verify purchase eligibility
• Provide exceptional customer service and product education
• Handle cash and debit transactions precisely using POS systems
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage inventory counts
• Clean, stock, and organize the retail store
• Work cohesively with the team to meet compliance and sales goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Capability to stand, kneel, or walk for extended periods
• Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of marijuana products
