Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience to ensure proper footwear selection
• Provide professional selling and accessory recommendations to meet customer needs
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
• Generate industrial sales leads and build long-lasting customer relationships
• Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards
• Support daily retail operations and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience
• Proficiency with computer utilization and electronic communication software
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail footwear
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth
