Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience to ensure proper footwear selection
• Provide accessory recommendations and educate customers on product benefits
• Generate industrial sales leads and achieve daily productivity and sales goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards
• Support daily retail operations and maintain proficiency in product knowledge
• Follow organizational standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer utilization
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills
• Previous experience in retail footwear
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L)
• Problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth
