Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience
• Provide accessory recommendations and product education
• Generate industrial sales leads
• Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation, signage, and housekeeping standards
• Support daily retail store operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Age 18+ within 30 days of application
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail footwear
• Profit and loss knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
